At NeilMed Web Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the quality of the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
